Al Rowad Company is the first investment company in Iraq specializing in manufacturing low and medium voltage cables, overhead transmission line cables, and renewable energy cables, while maintaining sustainable growth and innovation to serve its customers.
Since its establishment in 2012, Al Rowad has distinguished itself by its activities and principles that support the development of human capabilities, establishing itself as a leading entity in the wire and cable sector in Iraq. The company spans over 75,000 square meters in southern Baghdad.
The company has acquired the latest production lines, equipment, and quality control and testing devices according to global quality specifications, which qualified it to obtain the most important global quality certificates ISO 9001, 14001, 45001. This commitment
to quality has placed the factory in a distinguished position.
Al Rowad is one of the investments of the Riyadh Cables Group, based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The group is characterized by industrial and commercial integration, where all types of wires and electrical cables and the materials used in the manufacturing of cables of various kinds are produced in its factories.
Al Rowad seeks to optimize its marketing and technical expertise and its integrated production capacity to expand in the Iraqi market. Since Riyadh Cables Group fully acquired Al Rowad in 2017, Al Rowad has become the leading supplier in the Iraqi cable market.
